This course contains Rule numbers 17 through 23 “Rules and Regulations of Procedures”.  This course also contains one hour of Minimum Standards and one hour of Ethics (two hours of each are required every three years to meet Continuing Professional Comperency).  Annotations are added after subsections of the rule.  These annotations are either explanations of the subsection, commentaries, summaries or defination.
