Based in Central Florida, Professional Development Seminars, Inc. has been a provider of continuing education to Land Surveyors and Mappers for over twenty five   years.   

The founding father, Paul T O’Hargan (deceased), was a renowned professional Land Surveyor in 10 states.  Mr. O’Hargan started the business, formerly Computer Science Technology; teaching surveyor’s computer related courses before many businesses even owned computers.

Once continuing education was mandatory, O’Hargan presented as many as 80 seminars each year for surveyors in 8 states.  He also authored 12 correspondence courses which (with updates) many are still being taught today.

As time went on and computers were a staple in all business's, we changed our name to Professional Development Seminars to better reflect our current business strategies.  We are proud to be a family owned and operated business for over 25 years.
