Mr Hernandez is a professional Engineer and Land Surveyor, presently president and Cheif Engineer/Surveyor for J.H. Manucy in Hialeah Florida.  Hernandez contributes to the profession of Surveying and Mapping and Engineering by applying his knowledge and experience in creating meaningful Seminars/Home Study courses. Hernandez has presented over fifty seminars in continuing education in the engineering and surveying disciplines.  In addition, Hernandez is a General Contractor, Registered Environmental Property Assessor and OSHA certified.
