This course covers Chapter 5J-17 Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.).  As a professional Surveyor and Mapper we are responsible for knowing all pertinent laws regulating our profession.  We need to be aware when changes are made.  Chapter 5J-17 was revised in 2018.  Become aware that the said Chapters 5J-17.050, 5J-17.051, 5J-17.052 and 5J-17.053 know as the Standards of Practice regulate our professional practice as such need to be known by every licensee.  The knowledge of the Standards of Practice will improve our service to our clients and ourselves.
